That is a good price man...like it was said, the rims alone are probobly safely around $2K, decent mileage and a good alarm. I'd say go for it...Not sure if 2001 went 100% glass rear window or if that was 2002, but check for that, some people dont mind, i myself would just prefer the glass rear window.

 

01 was still plastic rear window.....02 was when they changed it over.... however you could do a swap of the tops... from the 01 to the 02 so you can get the glass window and the defroster... i believe it's just a take off the old top and install the new top type of swap over... no modifications needed...

 

Hey man, thats a good price take it. Its hard to find a s2000 with that low of a price with a low milage.
