do NOT remove that plug until you get the broken pieces out first. then put a new plug in

get a air compressor, and a hose with an air nozzle, take the spark plug out, and see if you can blow it out. It might work.

Push comes to shove, you will need to remove your cylinder head.

If you knew you broke the piece, why did you start it?

yeah, your screwed. You will most likely have to take the head off, by the sounds of it you have other problems now.
