Default z6 and y8 cams interchangable?

i have a crower stage 1 cam for a d16z, can i use this on my d16y8 turbo setup? i have heard that there is a two degree difference in the two. and if i can, what do i need to do to make it work? on the crower website the specs r the same. http://www.crower.com/cat/impo...html

1/2 tooth timing difference. Use an adjustable cam gear and tune for max power.
