ok my car idles wierd it jumps from about 1100 down to 500 and back and forth and sometimes dies on my when im stopped. i was thinking battery cuz my cd player would turn off at night with my headluights on when i was stopped. but i replaced my battery and positive cable. i had an alternator put in not too long ago either about 5k miles. what could it be? also i was thinking for the idle maybe a bad injector or something. please help. thank you

check your grounds

those things use to happen to me too, whenever i turn or stop, my headlights and cd player will turn off and will turn on again.

make sure to check the 2nd ground too (valve cover ground)

it might be your main fuel rellay

 

where is taht and how hard is it to get to and check/fix?
