I've dynoed twice at ERT in Willmington, DE. They are a BMW shop but they are really nice guys. ERT is owned by DuPont Motorsports. The first time I went there, they even gave me a tour of their Speedvision Touring Car garage and workshops. They tune their Speedvision cars on the same dyno.

They are $75 for a half hour on weekdays or $125/hr weekdays. You can get even better discounts if you rent it for a half day or full day... Weekend dyno time costs a little more.

I just dynoed there at the end of November, so I don't plan on going back until next spring when I get some more parts on my car... But if you guys can wait 'til March-April'ish, I'm in.

there's one in pottstown and there's one in nazareth . the one in nazareth is a rx7 shop and the other is v8 so i don't how well that will work out for us

 

i am trying to get time to make it to a dyno as well. i am like 1.5 hours outside philly. there is this place in pottstown that has a dyno jet. the only thing is that it says rear wheel. does it matter how it is set up? can any car go on?

not really. i as planning on either finding a place that can help me with it or ask a couple questions before i go to a dyno. i'm sure that a place you go "should" have some kind of knowledge about it. or they really aren't that great of a shop.

 

sounds cool, although pretty much stock, but would like to know how much i'm putting down stock

 

anybody think of any times .i'm going to give a call and see what kind of rates .

Hey if you guys want I know my Tuner can Tune your VAFC for you. I got mine tuned by him and he knows his ****. http://www.shinkairacing.com. He said he can get me some dyno time and I know if we get a bunch of heads there he can get us a discount on the dyno time. It is in Delran NJ which is like 10min from the Betsy ROss bridge. I'll call him and tell him whats up, then we can probablt meet around there.

Talked to my tuner he said he could get us a whole day at a dyno he uses in MD. Kinda far I don't know how people like that. He said $600 for the day split between all of us and we would have to hire him for tuning, he didnt say how much. If anyone can get a better deal let me know. I want to get something closer if possible. Wanna get this in before SNOW! Later.

 

i talked to him he sad the same thing for like 6 or 7 people. i'm down for the drive just as long as my cars back from the shop

 

I want to get in on this but MD is a little far in my opinion. I'd rather do something DE or PA. There's nothing much I can do in terms of tuning except get a base line run with all my mods and then fine tune my timing.

I'm in! I've been talking to a few owners in the area, maybe I'll be able to get them in as well. Go ahead and set a date, and let's see if everyone can make it. I'd suggest some weekend afternoon, Saturday or Sunday. Full time job prevents going during a weekday.

from what i ahve geard they are a pretty good place. i used to work with peopl that had a little dyno meet up there. i should have gone then, but i would have felt out of place. the lowest anyone put down was like 270ish to the rear wheels. and someone toped out at over 450.
i may be wrong, but i think there were like 10 of them and they paid like 50 for 3 runs. i may be way off though it was a while ago.
