I am having trouble with the idle on my fiancé’s ’97. According to the manual the idle air control motor checks out just fine. I’ve removed the throttle body and thoroughly cleaned it inside and out.

I have two questions. 1. What do you use for a tachometer? I don’t trust the dashboard unit.
2. Has anyone else had trouble with the idle on there F22B2?
