How do you get rid of that cross piece in the front of your car?

You know that piece that is like a plastic strip that goes over the front air dam? How do you get rid of it?

dremel would work...but u should leave it cuz it keeps cats from damaging ur radiator...

you proly cant see it too well, but this is what my 88 SI looked like when i cut out the bumper. Actually, it didn't look half bad. And NO, do not ghetto rig some screen up in there. It will look like crap.

Just watch out and try to hit the cats with the corner of the car and your rad will be fine. Just keep it clean and try to prevent leaves from blocking the flow of airl
