Just wondering because I always see a lot of nice bikes out there for sale wether it be for family reasons, financial issues, accident, upgrade, etc...

do any of you plan on keeping your bike for a long time/ or atleast having one in your possession? Just trying to get everyone's opinion on the longterm of owning one.

I know I want to keep mine forever... or atleast till i get one har...

 

I hope to always have one in my possesion but I've only owned mine for a month. Maybe when I'm 40 I'll decide it's not for me but who knows.

 

I've had mine for about 7 months now and hope to keep it. But I am looking in the next coming months for a condo and car, plus furnishings, so the bike might have to go.

 

I have had mine for about 4 seaons now and i still love it. This season i was seriously considering selling it and upgrading to a litre bike. If i had the money, i might consider keeping it for my girl, or for a turbo project. Maybe it will go in teh spring?

 

i've only had mine for almost a year but after my buddy's crash last week and talking with him, i never ever imagined myself even thinking about it, but i'm considering selling my bike.

 

I've had mine for a year now but I feel like it's time to upgrade to something with more *****. The cbr I have now I'm gonna hand it down to the wife.

 

Had mine since this past july 7th. And god i kick myself in the *** for not getting one when i was 18 and not 21. But yeah, eventually wife will make me get rid of it, and honestly, i would never put my life on the line on the daily with children.

 

I owned a 00'CBR 600 f4 for 2 months

 

Heres the list
1. Street legal YSR50 - 3 months
2. '01 R6 - gone after 9 months and 10k miles
3. Race YSR - 4 months
4. VFR400 - 5 months and thinking about selling it
