Just want to know your thoughts on the HAsport "race" mounts for a street driven b-series civic. I'm thinking about picking up some for my EK
Is it too rough? Should I stick it the street set up rather than the race set up?

 

hasport in my opinion is pretty good and i think you should get them

 

When I needed to replace the rear mount, I bought the race mount instead of the street mount. It obviously will vibrate more with the firmer mount, but you get used to it after a while.

 

well i bought the hasport kit for a b series in an ek. i dont know if they are the "race mounts" you are asking about. but they are full solid urethane. my car vibrates like a twitching crackhead. ie.i cant see out my rear view mirror because it is just blurry and fuzzy from shaking. im also running this setup with a 6 puck unsprung. ive gotten used to it for a daily pretty quick, but when i drive a non modified car its like night and dday.

 

I had them. They worked well.

 

yeah the OEM driver side mounts for the EK sucks.... I had two of them break on me....
