You have to know what parts need to be replaced or you end up blindly replacing everything...

Also there are bearings in there which probobly need to be changed if it's even possible...

Buy a rebuild it is almost ALWAYS cheaper and easier to buy a rebuild than to rebuild yourself...

I know people who worked as rebuilders who don't rebuild their own parts... it's not worth it.

Even if you save 20-80 dollars you have NO guarantee on the part and another aspect of the part could go bad the next day.

The easiest thing for you to do is to get a rebuild... You can trouble shoot yours to find out what needs to be replaced but if you don't know the steps then there's NO way you're going to figure it out short of replacing EXPENSIVE stock components into it until it works... in which case something different can still go wrong 20 mins later... or never.
