radiator jack point question.

Default radiator jack point question.

ive heard from friends that it is bad to jack up the caR from the spot under the radiator. i was wondering if you guys could shed more light on this and tell me if it is really bad or not. TIA

I do it all the time and have not seen anything Negative happen.

in the helms, it shows it as a jack point.

It's an official jack point, there's even marked as one... that and the rear tow hitch... Now, mistakingly jacking the car up by the actual radiator... that's a load of trouble right there... that's the only thing that I can think of that could be bad...
