skunk2 stage 1's on factory valve train

skunk2 stage 1's on factory valve train
im interested in getting stage one skunk2 cams. i will not be going past factory redline (7800-8000) i beleive, but should i i upgrade my factory valvetrain to be safe or are stage 1's fine with factory?
