I am thinking about running the rocket M22 cams and valvetrain in my stock compression ratio GSR. Will they work or are they ment for a higher compression ratio engine?

 

They will work but you'll need to optimize the header and intake manifold.

 

what kind of power would these cams make over BC3+'s or BC4's on around 11.8:1 cr, with a GOOD header and intake manifold

_A skunk2 intake manifold
_Rocket M22 Cams, springs, retainers

I like to autocross my car on occasion, will I loose alot of mid range by going to the m22 set up? I also like to go run open road track days, I think the m22's will be a great on the track.
