Should I be worried with this?

This is the exhaust cam on #1. The only cam/cam lobe like this. See the "score" mark on the Vtec lobe. I beleive the cams have about 15K on them...they are CTRs.

Is this normal wear and tear or is this something I should look into fixing?

Do you have upgraded valve springs?

can you feel it with your nail?
i really would not worry about it, check every so often though
