i have a 96dx with usdm 5 lug with type r bb and master cyl and 99 si prop valve its on my car it brakes and everything but when i brake 80 or sometimes lower the car seems to jerk a little could it be that my rotors need to be resurfaced or i need to get new ones or brake pads let me know i think its just the front because it started doing that after i replaced the front 4 lug for the 5 lug the rear 5 lug was bolted on with the front 4 lug for a while till i finished getting the prop and ms and bb then i bolted the front 5 lug let me know on what it could be thanks

 

probably need new rotors. could be wheel balance too

 

Have the rotors turned at a shop.
Turned = resurfaced.

99% sure your rotors are warped
