What is everyones opinion on JDM license plates. I am considering getting one for the front of my white eg hatch. I have alway been opposed to the "europlates" on every single VW that I see, but the JDM plates are starting to grow on me. Opinions, flames welcome

dont do it. it was cool when the first person did it. but when they started showing up on ebay and everyone's mother started having them, they're not what they used to be

I say get it only if it is the REAL THING. The way you can tell is if it is Nakano then it is prolly a fake. (go to autolink they have a list of Place names translated) the fake ones have a black border and black text. the real ones have green text and no border. There were some yellow background with black text i saw in Japan. But White with balck text is a fake. I have teh real thing matching front and back picked them up in japan
