FS: 1996 Honda Civic Hatchback DX with Poor Man's Type R swap (Sacramento, CA)

Description of the car:
Its a 1996 Honda Civic Hatchback DX. THE CAR HAS A SALVAGED TITLE. The car is silver in color with dark gray interior. The car is a 5 speed, has A/C and no power steering.(i took off the belt so if you want power steering, put the belt back on!) The body has about 150,000-160,000 miles. The stock DX cluster (NO RPM Gauge)has been replaced to a 99-00 Civic SI Cluster with 55,xxx miles on it. The engine runs pretty good and the tranny shifts smoothly.
The exterior paint is pretty good, but it does have some light scratches and dings. nothing major. i would rate it a 8 out of 10. The interior is also in good condition but it does have some light stains on the carpet. It costs about $50 to clean the whole interior. If i dont sell the car anytime soon, i will have the whole interior professionally cleaned. probably somtime this week. The car has no passenger side airbag (the one on the dash, it has been deployed and theres a cut right there. easy fix)

1997 Integra GSR Transmission (no grinds)
Integra Type R flywheel
Engine is converted from OBD2 to 0BD1 (with the harness) and is using a Chipped P28 ECU with a Skunk2 program.
2.25" exhaust pipings (recently changed from 2.5")
Head/mods:
b16a head(2nd gen SIR II) (valve cover is a blueish color, but will also include an OEM Black valve cover with a brand new oil cap. the oil cap pictured is broken in several spots)
Integra Type R valvesprings and retainers
Integra Type R Intake Manifold
Integra Type R Throttle Body
INJEN Intake
AEM Cam gears
AEM Fuel Rail
Exterior/Rims:
CTR headlights (black housing)
CTR grill
96-98 CTR Lip (urethane)
99-00 SI rims with brand new tires (probably 50 miles on them)
Painted side moldings
Suspension:
GSR Front and Rear brake conversion 4 wheel disc (better braking)
Ground Control adjustable coil overs
Interior:
Civic SI arm rest (power windows... no power door locks)
GSR cloth bucket seats
Greddy Aluminum Shiftknob.
The trunk area is stripped so there is no carpet/mat back there and theres no spare wheel.
(There is a small crack on the driver's side pillar trim. I won a good condition one on EBAY Already. i am waiting for the seller to recieve my payment so he can ship it out)
Audio:
Clarion DXZ645MP headunit (plays cds and mp3/wma files)
Boston Acoustics Components in the front doors (two 6.5" woofers and two tweeters)
Soundstream VAN GOGH VGA500.4 (4 channel amp powering the component speakers)
I have the Car Title and Smog Certificate in hand so the car is ready to be signed over if you have the cash!!! The car has been smogged on 10-26-04. The smog certificate is valid for 90 days so it will expire at the end of January!
I am selling the car $5200 FIRM!!! (Or $5000 firm without the soundstream amp) So please dont give me any offers. I am in no rush to sell the car. I just need the cash to buy another car and start over.
