Coilover Springs w/Shocks Vs. Full Coilover kit
I've been wanting to upgrade my suspension for some time now. I've upgraded my front/rear sway bars, rear upper and lower strut braces, front strut brace, and lowering springs. I'm still running factory shocks/struts. I want my suspension firm and solid for handling but not to harsh for everyday driving. I'd like it to handle and feel similar to my 350Z if that's possible.
My question is, should I go with a full coilover kit or separate coilover springs and shocks? Price does matter but so does quality. I've seen some Hayame coilovers on ebay for $600. Is this a good brand or price? I'd appreciate any suggestions you guys may have. Thanks in advance.
Also, has anyone bought any replica racing seat off ebay? I've seen some for like $250 for a set. How's the quality? Thanks again.

Coilover springs with shocks can be a good setup if you pick the correct components. However, it is always better to go with a true coilover setup IMO. Until recently, you couldn't get a good set of Full coilovers for less than $900 or so. But with the development of the Tein Basic and Omni Coilovers this has changed. Contact us for info on both of these coilover systems and I will answer your questions to the best of my ability.
what year accord do you have??? on v6performance.net there is a group buy on APEX-i coilovers for $445 shipped. check it out. its a deal since they are discontinuing them
