I had fun with my itr, but i want to go with what i have always wanted, and thats bigger, higher compression motor. This is what is in the works as of right now.

ats 3.0 first gear*

gear speed carbon synchros*
polished gear speed type v tranny casing*

This will all be tuned with hondata obviously, and hoping to hold a 11 second time slip in my crx. I already have a great tranny, and suspension components are in the works as well. What do you guys think of the build. 230 whp is my goal whp, but not super important to me either. This is all going in my crx. Is there anything you guys would change as far as the motor is concerned? I have heard great things about rocket cams, and that is what i wanted the most input in actually, but if you see any other flaws please feel free to comment. The build doesnt start til feb. So i have a little more than a month to get things right.

Cut open that aebs manifold & port it while your at it :-)

 

p&P the head and smooth out the intake manifold also get your bottom end balances

That is one of the cleanest crx's i've ever seen.

 

knife edge your crank you will help you get closer to your goal

 

Dont forget to get the hondata IM gasket or similar product. It is amazing how much mine helped.

 

Actually i have the outlaw engineering gasket kit, works great!!

 

klean crx !! sounds like a killer all motor setup! wow on the tranny setup
