Type R Sighting - PA - Speeding On the BLVD.

I saw a nice Black ITR up my way in Philadelphia. Looked good. It looked pretty stock to me. It was on Roosevelt BLVD.

i drive on roosevelt all the time, if it had oem fogs, oem body kit and clear corners it might have been me,........ l8r
