jdm lights wiring
UMmm I looked for a post about lites and did not see one. Any ways I recieved a set of single peice lights and the backing for the main lights had a diffrent backing the the oems. Is there a way to just buy and adapter or do I need to resplice some on. Also when I tried to check the lights that were already up but the fog lights came on. Does this have somehting to do with the main head lamps not being hooked up or is it somehting else. Also their is an extra connector off the oem ones that don't hook up to anything. I don't think that I could have hooked them up wrong because they can only be hooked up one way. Help please

Well i may have jumped the gun cutting the fog lights oh well. Sux but can't do **** about it know. Umm one of the l head lights burned a coil and i can't seem to find a part number it is not a stock bulb carried as far as i can tell. HELP!! plz thnx
Headlight bulbs are H4H, but you won't find those anywhere in your local autoparts store.
Foglight bulbs are H3 35watts, those you can find in the auto store...also some say its hard to find 35 watt(I didn't have a problem), but you may use 55w, but you may run the risk of melting the housing with anything higher.
Corner bulbs(USDM) are 194's.
AS for wiring.
You use only 1 of the 2 harness' that were in your stock corner lights, I used the one that is constantly on. There is no use for the bulb/connector that comes with the lights, as the USDM ones fit. For the headlights it is really simple, all you do is match the same colored wires to each other from your car's "harness" to the small pig tail that should be on the JDM bulb harness. You most likely are going to have to add wire in between to give yourself some room to work with. The foglights are simple, same colored wires, just like the headlights.
Good Luck!
....the headlight bulbs can be ordered online in some places, check ebay, or the classifieds here. HTH
