Q U E S T I O N???

I have heard that a 1996 civic front lip fits a EF9 civic front bumper and i have also heard that a 1990 accord front lip fits on the rear bumper so if theres anyone that knos let me kno as soon as possible or if there is anyone who knos if they make a carbon fiber lip for Ef9 let me know. Thanx
