CEL help needed - '91 Accord

CEL help needed - '91 Accord
My '91 Accord EX Coupe 5-speed started throwing these CEL codes:
CEL 9 - CYP sensor
I believe CYP sensor is inside the distributor which may be going bad, but how do I make sure it is? The car hesitates sometimes when it starts rolling from a stoplight, then throws the code, but other times it runs fine. Any advise?
CEL 41 - Primary O2 heater
It started throwing the code when it got below freezing point outside. I've replaced the O2 sensor with Bosch OEM replacement from Napa, reset the ECU - still the same code. Any advise?

humm the O2 ... sorry i tried too that to the repalcement thing and got that code.. and i think i got a short.. but not sure my cars in the shop for a died tranny... but if i was you...you meight have to get the OEM part.. which is 100 something sorry man..
