need new balljoints maybe?
i curbed my cr-v really hard and bent my lower contol arm. i replaced that and the car drives just fine, but i hear and feel popping noises in my suspension during any kind of rapid acceleration on the car (speeding up, turns, etc). does this sound like i need new balljoints? also what puzzles me is that i think that i hear it coming from the right end sometimes as well (i curbed the car on the left), but most of the time it seems like it's occuring on the left.

before i replaced my lower ball joints, i heard a clunking sound, and it felt like i had a broken motor mount. it's possible that your lower ball joint was damaged when your wheel made love to the curb.

yup. that definitly sounds like your lower balljoints. i'd go ahead and replace both of them since you hear the noise from both sides of the car.
