hey guys... my car got stolen last night.... they found it this morning left on its rotors.... not cool... but my question is...does my car have a salvage title now? or is it a theft recovery? all they took were my rims, scratched up the paint a little bit and broke my ignition... what do you guys think?

Why would it be? Did you buy it back from the insurance company? oh so i have nothing to worry about then.... all they did was take a report... the insurance adjuster decides if its salvaged or not correct??? im almost 100% positive that its NOT salvaged... so if everything works out then my car still has a clean title right??? thanks for the reply

It should definitly have a clean title. But yes it is up to the insurance adjuster.

 

It should have a clean title...Only way it would have a salvage title is if it's been wrecked bad enough to be considered totaled....My car has a salvage title, but was able to be fixed
