looks good except only time and a actually test will tell if it's better then the original one it replaced.

Why would you use either in the snow??? They're summer tires. Snow isn't even a design consideration for them, and they certainly don't have an M+S rating.

I'm glad for that. I don't really like the new ones so much. I mean Azenis were never intended for wet traction.

I have autocrossed mine in the pouring rain. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they worked.
In standing water, I have heard they hydroplane easily but my personal experience doesn't reflect that either. Now that I am past half tread maybe it will become more of an issue.
The new one looks to address the hydroplane resistance, but as usual I am baffled by their tire selection size. No love for the 16"'s, just like the old one.
