Default need a quick advice.....

i know a place where they sell jdm used parts and i found a set of Tein HAs and a set of Mugen suspension, they want 500 for the Teins and 400 for the Mugens, they are in decent condidion, they just have some rustage on the sleeves, well i was wondering if they were worth it for that price or should i not even bother, what would you guys do and which one would you go with, let me know please, thanx

The tien HA's probable are and you may be able to get a fresh set of springs from eibach and have them revalved by tien usa for another 250 and have a nice set up

there are several sets of mugen suspension offerings but since you did'nt specify I am going to say coilovers in which case or any case I would say no as you are running the risk of blown seals ect.

yea i didnt really look at the mugens for the model but they were the shock and coilover setup, and i believe they were 4 or 5 way adjustable, y do u think i would have to get new springs for the teins??? the springs looked fine it was just the damn sleeves that were rusted

Tien springs have shitty rate retention I would figure out what you plan on doing with the car and go with eibach ERS springs of the correct rate and size
