Small pulley? The only belt with an idler pulley is the AC belt. Or do you mean the whole power steering pulley fell off? Pics?

 

I don't think it was the power steering pulley (that would be the one closest to the pump right). The pulley itself is about 2 1/2 inches in diameter. And if it makes any difference, my car doesnt run any different, or sound different. I just don't have my power steering. I'll look online for pics.

 

Alright, just figured out what it was. I think it was the tensioner pulley off my ac belt. I can live without ac also. Now the question is, is it safe to run without that pulley on the ac belt? Or should I cut the ac belt off?

Well I would remove the AC belt. But if you want to be able to reuse it, dont cut it. Sounds to me like some sort of road debris got up there and broke the tensioner for the AC belt along with the PS belt maybe.
