This is a very rare item It was originaly designed for the Eibach/AEM 99 civic SI that was to be sold at dealers. If you have the '99 CAR and DRIVER mag with the write up on the civic they rave about the improved handling.It is adjustable by having two holes for the endlinks to bolt to on the end of the bar.So that will alow you to shorten the bar for a firmer ride. It is brand new and has polly bushings. It is 19mm and is a direct bolt on for the the 99-00 si But I have end links and bracket if you would want to bolt it on any 96-00 civic. The bar will provide a very neutral handeling with out having to reinforce the lower frame.

175 with end links and brackets and bushings and all the bolts you would need to install on any 99-00 civic
