what will they work on ? perhaps a 99-00 civic ?

 

H1 bulbs come with the kit, so they fit rsx, prelude, audi a4, audi a8, porche 911, mazda 6, altima, lots of bmw's, infiniti g35, acura rl, eclipse, etc.!!!!!

Basically these will fit your civic, all you would need to do is buy the correct bulb to fit your car. So buy a set of new h4 bulbs (ebay), put in these balasts and you'll be set. You can even sell the extra H1 bulbs you don't need.
