That is not an NSX-R.
It is a normal NSX with:
(1) GT500 CARBON FIBER HOOD
(2) MARGA HILLS SIDE SKIRTS
(3) TAITEC JGTC FRONT NOSE WITH CF CANARDS
(4) SOME KIND OF REAR WING
and I'm sure a bunch of other goodies.

Its the original 1992 Spec NSX-R, not the new one. Granted, it has some aftermarket parts on it, but it's still an NSX-R. If it isnt, the owner went through a lot of trouble to make it look that way, including painting it CW, installing the red Recaros, badges, etc. Nice car.

Actually, it *is* right hand drive which makes it quite plausible that it's a real NSX-R.
However, those aren't original NSX-R wheels. They look like more recent Enkeis, with the second picture being TE37s. If I had a pic of the original NSX-R wheels, I'd post it.
Anyway, nice car. Makes me wish I had some serious bucks to put toward making my NSX sexier.

The NSX-R (the new one) does not come with side skirts, that funky wing, GT500 Race Mirrors, or that style front nose cone with canards.
I SUPPOSE it could be the new NSX-R with all those funky parts on it, BUT the NSX-R was just released in Japan, and is not available in the U.S....and to take a car that was just released, say 2 months ago or so, and then tack on all those mods...it's not IMPOSSIBLE to do, but unlikely.
Further, the new NSX-R has fixed headlights, and I don't think a new NSX-R owner would retrofit the OLD flip-up headlights to the new NSX-R.
That NSX is, however, a Japanese model.

The NSX Type S-Zero is the fastest NSX built...it does low-mid 1/4's and can smoke some Ferarri's stock...

Why does it look like that NSX has TE37's in the bottom pic and some other type of wheel in the top pic???
