Default Mechanic or ZC expert needed in Northeast

I've got a DOHC ZC in my 91 Civic Si

I got screwed by a dealer to fix my timing issue ($280 smackers!!)
I had a local honda engine builder do lots of stuff but not fix my probs ($300 smackers!)

I don't have the time, but need someone within a couple hours of me (NH, Mass, etc.) that can get rid of my Code 9 and make my idle purr (also has a dead spot at 1700 rpms)

I am running a PM6, but have the PM7 standing by. Car ran worse w/ PM7 for some reason.

If you can recommend someone it would be great! I don't have the time to work on it and am willing to pay for my car to run sweet. Thanks in advance!!!

timing should be easy. just line it up best u can w/ pointers on crank and camgears, then look for dowl pin holes in exhaust and intake cam and cam cap, put some sort of pindriver ect... in there. hold at tdc. put belt on, w/ tensioner bolt lose turn crank counter clockwise 3 cam teeth. tighten tensionerbolt.

then see how well it runs... if not.. then... check for vaccume leaks, unplug eacv on back of intake manifold to get 750rpms. jumper timing advance pin in engine compart/cabin (depending). check timing w/ light. if off, adjust w/ dizzy, plug back in eacv, reset ecu.

all in all should only take u 2 hours.
