Default Wiring problems.

Hey.!! posting for a friend. Anyways. He have only one Fan that's hook to the radiator. For some reason the fan doesn't turn on and it overheats the car. How does the wiring goes from the fan plug (blue/black wire ) back to where? The wires were cut off when he got the car.

the wires go to the fan relay..
But the easiest thing to do to get the fan running is splice into the power wire on the fan and hook it to a toggle switch and turn it on when ever...
The thing is though with only one fan on a radiator that is supposed to have 2 fans it might overheat on one side of the radiator..

Radiator only has 2 fans if the vehicle has A/C.
