Default My 2004 headlights seem to be out of alignement and shifting to 2nd is difficult

the right headlight shines lower than the left headlight - I have taken it to two different dealers and they both say that it is supposed to be that way - there is a service bulliten on this - am I losing my mind - there is a big step in my field of vision now

Also like many others it is difficult to shift into second when the car is cold - both dealers told me the clutch was bad and then told me that there was a service bulletin on this and that the car is fine - seems a bit fishy to me (and it is annoying)

why are you downshifting into 2nd when the car is still cold? all engines should be warmed up so that the oil is lubricating the engine before driving. i let my car warm up for a minute before even driving it.

from what I know, the headlights are supposed to be that way. My 2003 is also lower on the driver side just so it doesn't blind on coming drivers coming from the other side.

The driver side should be lower, passenger should be higher. Also the tranny is a bit notchy when it is cold. Sometimes I cant get it into first while going 5-6 miles but once it warms up its fine.

u guys said everything lol. the light on the left side is lower, and u gota wait till the car is warmed up so it doesnt grind when going to second. Drive in the freeway like 2 miles and its fine. When i hit the freeway to school, by the time im off, its all good.

When I bought my S2000 on the drive home it looked like the passenger side headlight had went out. It's just lower or maybe higher than the driver side. Driver side looks a lot brighter than my passenger side.

What is he supposed to do, drive on the freeway in first for 2 miles? 2nd gear shouldn't grind, even if the car is cold, as long as you're driving the car like it's cold. But if your redlining first, and wondering why 2nd grinds while the car is cold, well...
