H23 VTEC ready short block iron sleeved balanced crank ect.
Must be able to pick up unless you want to arange shipping because I shurly dont. I am in Valdosta GA, and dont mind driving to meet you.
OK I have an h23 block that is iron sleeved back to 87mm bore (I dont remember what brand sleeves)
the crank was balanced and its already installed. The block has everything for the h23 to run the h22 already installed on it to include the h23 manual tensioner conversion. OH YEAH and I had the oil squiters installed by a machine shop! All it needs is a new water pump because I used the new one on my jdm h22, some belts, the pistons/rods installed and a head and its good! The block was used for around 2 to 3000 miles after the build up. You can still see the hone marks on it. It just neds to be cleaned up a bit.
