Default fuel pressure inquiry

96-00 civic/delsol chilton says 38-46psi with hose off and plugged...
94-00acura coupe/sedan chilton says 43.4-50.5psi with off and plugged...
what kinda pressure are you guys running with ls/vtec setups with type r cams
just looking for fuel pressure...if running other then oem injectors please list

I just installed a B&M FPR and guage in my b18b1 integra yesterday. With only the guage installed, my stock idle fuel pressure was @ 36... so I set the B&M to the same pressure. I still don't know recommended stock fuel pressures for hondas, everyone's opinion is different.
