My back driver's side door handle has been broken for over a year now. If you try to open the door from the outside the handle simply pulls out and stays out. I can open it from the inside just fine. I'm trying to take off the outer door handle to try and figure out what's wrong, but I can't figure out how to do it. There's a bolt way in the back that I see absolutely no way of getting to with a ratchet. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Up because I tried to do this just recently, I'm going to go check my Helm's and see if it sheds light on how something that looked so easy was so difficult in my failed attempt to get out.
