I wanna see pics of spraypainted rims (not powdercoated)

i saw one pic of some 96 gsr's painted black and i am thinking about doing the same to my 96 gsr's.

but more pics and advice would be helpfull.

i did mine, but they were the silver 13" steelies. i like those ls ones painted back. think im gonna do that if i can get some. i havnt had mine done too long so anyone know how it holds up to washing and just daily driving? i used black primer is this the best to use or what is??

thats exactly what i am looking to do. We both have 96gsr's. NE chipping of paint? How did you prepare the rims b4 u painted them ? did u use primer? Did you use engine paint? how many layers?

all i did was clean them then sprayed them with krylon black metallica paint from wal-mart. it fades away after a while but all u have to do is aplly another coant when it does fade. try it out

i want to paint my stock 97 gsr rims black, but my dad keeps persuading me not to and says it will look like a '******ed' job or whatever the hell that means. how often do you have to reapply the spraypaint? i hope not to spraypaint it more than once every 4 months or so.
