I'm mainly wanting to get more LOW-END power.

there's no such thing in a honda, but a 4-2-1 will help you get closer.

Low end power on a honda, good luck the best recommendation I have for you is to get a Toda header they have great mid and high range power

Or if you don't want to spend as much on the toda, I hear the comptech header is a little nicer than the DC. But yeah, there is no low end power to a honda engine.
