Default EG civic with wheel spacers

Hey,
Are any of you running H&R Trak wheel spacers or something similar? How does it ride, look? Does anyone have a pic. I have 205/45/16 tires, how far should I extend?
Thanks,
George

Pics would be awesome.

well, i have run spacers up to 1" for testing/fitment. you must remember that when using spacers, you increase the load to your wheel bearing, further shortening their lifespan. what are you trying to achieve? that would be the largest basis on whether spacers will work for you or not.

Honestly, it's just for the look. I didn't know the put additional stress on the wheel bearings. Any idea as to how much they'd decrease the lifespan. The car is my daily driver. Is it worth it?
Thanks.
