Sounds like a good deal if there's nothing major wrong with it. For a 94, there'd have to be a lot wrong with it to make it not a good deal.

91 NSX still worth 26K....
so, 94 for 35K is good I think..

but I will prefer to buy the NSX before 94, which means 91~93, because it is easier to mod, after year 94, they all have OBD2 in there...!! make it harder to modify...!

 

It's virtually impossible to find a well-maintained '91 5-speed NSX with clean title and no accident history for anywhere near $26K.
