After driving out of town for a weekend, the next day i realized that my car did not seem to be running like it did at usual driving speeds (45-50mph). Any idea what could be going on? Could it just be wear and tear? My car has 120k miles.

 

More information of the problem is needed.

Vibrations, idle, shaking, does it happen during braking, under acceleration etc?

 

It would help if you explained a bit better.. But i would wait at least a couple more tanks of fuel before posting here to see if it clears up. Sometimes, bad fuel can do this...

I couldn't be any more vague if I tried. Could be anything from cold weather to you got sugar in your gas tank.

 

It doesnt accelerate as quick as it use to. And when idling, it starts to vibrate alot, as if it is about to stall. THanks.

 

try replacing your fuel filters... after that, try testing your fuel pump... could be a multitude of things...

are you getting a CEL at all?

check all your main fluids .... tranny fluid, coolant, oil.............gas...
