uhmmm, ok, what kind of gauge is it? And what the hell are you trying to measure? Manifold pressure, oil, fuel? If you're NA and you're trying to hook up a boost gauge I'm not even gonna bother trying to answer that one.

Fuel pressure...if you have an aftermarket fuel rail it's easy. Just tap the sending unit into the rail's extra port. Otherwise come off the top of your fuel filter.

Oil pressure...get a "T" fitting and run off the back of the block where your stock oil pressure sensor is.

yeah, most auto parts stores carry that nylon tubing like that. or if you want to get fancy you could pick up some aeroquip fittings and some braided steel line use a -2 would be the equivilent of 1/8th" but i think -4 would be easier to locate

first you slide the nut onto the tubing, then slide a ferrule onto the tubing, then insert the tubing into the fitting, and slide the ferrule into the fitting, then put the nut onto the fitting and tighten it up. be careful not to overtighten the compression fittings, 1/4 turn past snug should be all you need

also anywhere this line passes through a hole make sure to use a grommet

it should look something like this:

as far as a banjo bolt are you looking for a factory one, or one you can install a gauge on?

so the tubin goes INSIDE the ferrule or the ferrule goes inside the tubing?

cause if tubing inside the ferrule, i can easily pull it out

and banjo bolt for my autometer fuel pressure gauge

when you wrench tighten it, the ferrule changes shape, and you can no longer pull it out.

the only thing I cant see, in that kit, is a male npt->female bspt (which would be needed to mount the stock oil pressure sensor to the Tee.
Also, it seems that its 1 dual male npt fitting short (there should be 3)

I was able to, however, find the male npt->female bspt at http://www.mcmastercarr.com (pt # 4092k26). The 3rd npt would be easier to find locally. THAT would make a complete kit.

(Though I would recommend using a better Tee, like earls, since the tees in the kit arent made for this)

So how do you hook up a digital oil psi gauge, cause the only reason why i ask is cause i dont have a tube coming out of my gauge. i have a autometer oil psi gauge and it has power, ground, and a signal and no tube for t fitting? which wires is it that i need to hook up the signal wire? And what is the color of the wire?

its an electric unit
you connect the sender to the port and then wire the sender to the gauge
