Default now who tunes good?

hey i got a 95 with a h22. simple bolt ons CAI,headerback-exhaust,ngk plugs and wires, and, a skunk 2 manifold. now who will tune it good in socal and what will they be really tuning. need some help thanks

you're going to need some type of fuel management to tune ie. hondata, ems, power fc, etc... to gain anything from "tuning".
