Both Radiator Hoses under pressure
My H22 is not overheating, but I drive for 5 minutes and then look under the hood I see both hoses are getting harder and harder. I change the Thermastat and still this happens. I even bleed it and check to make sure their is plenty of antifreeze and there is.
What could be causing this problem? I don't want to drive the car for more than 5 minutes because I know that hose will break.

head gasket? maybe
if both hoses are getting hot that means that water is flowing so I dont know why it would overheat. Any of the fans running?

I don't see any of the fans running. The temp needle is where it needs to be. It never moves to the hot side. but after 5 min of driving would the fan come on?

The system will increase in pressure as the collants heat up and expand. This is normal. If the motor is not overheating, you have no problem. For peace of mind, make sure your radiator cap is correct and new. If so, it is designed to allow blowout of expanding coollant to the overflow tank thus avoiding any type of system part damage. The radiator would explode long before one of those hoses would fail.

I had problems with my fans not going on after that I swapped my H22. Put on the AC and see if one of the fans spin. If not, then there is a problem.
I solved the solution by seeing if the fans worked, and once the was confirmed I made it so that the fans would spin as soon as I turn the key into the second step/position.
So now, my fans are on as soon as the car is.

I'm not sure what the hoses getting harder and harder means...getting ready to bulge from pressure? Have you replaced your radiater cap, could be it just wants to belch over to the reserve tank but the cap is stuck? I had the opposite thing happen on an old eclipse, it wanted to suck fluid out of the tank and would shrink my hoses.
And for bionic, that sounds like a lot of extra wear and tear on your fan motors to run all the time. There's got to be a better way to wire that up.

I have a 16lbs cap.
This has never happened before. That is why I think something is wrong.
I only had the car running for 5 minutes and all of a sudden the hoses start to get stiff like it wants to ballon up. These are new hoses.
I have a cap that has a release lever on it and when I open it the pressure release and every thing is fine. But when I start the car up again, it does the same thing. I am not driving the car, because I suspect something is going to burst.
I looked at the Oil, I don't see any antifreeze in it, but could the head gasket really be bad?

if u tried all of the things you said u tried my guess would be that exhaust gasses are entering your coolant system and pressurizing the hoses.
Once the car warms and the tstat opens the whole system is going to be under some pressure. If there wer any exaust leaks or head gasket leaks the additional pressure would cause the rad vent cap to open and discharge excess pressure to the overflow. The only thing that would cause excess pressure in both hoses is the rad vent cap. I am not sure you have a problem. You might just be noticing this for the first time.
Intresting that you say exhaust leak. I have a turbo setup on the car, I had a muffler shop weld a flange so that I can reroute the dump tube to the downpipe.
I removed the downpipe and took it to the muffler shop to do the welding then I installed the downpipe and drove to the muffler shop with a hole in the downpipe. Once I got to the muffler shop which was about 5 minutes away I notice the to hoses expanding. I then covered the cap with a rag, and opened the radiator and fluid started rushing out.
The hole is connected to the dump tube now so it isn't leaking anymore. Should this not have stopped the problem?
What is the lbs. of a honda cap?

I'm thinking I saw a 12 on mine, but don't quote me on that. I got kinda lost in your write-up of the turbo setup but definitely look into it. Also how sure are you that your hoses aren't just old and getting soft? Over age they lose their structural integrity, especially around the bends.
They are new hoses from honda. The engine in the car is an H22 from the Prelude. and the Radiator if from an Accord. I am thinking that the cap from the prelude uses a less pressured cap. Like 13 vs. 16 which was on the accord.
