Default H&R Race Springs Vs. Eibach Sportline

my friend has a 93 del sol and is having trouble deciding which springs he should get. Can someone tell me some differences between the H&R Race Springs and the Eibach Sportline? Which one do you recommend? Thanks for your posts.

Race are very stiff, not very comfortable, drop way low, but they perform well.
Sportlines drop a little less, are more comfortable, and perform just as good. I recommend the Sportline. Eibach makes the best springs IMHO!!!
I have Integra Pro-Kit on my Civic with Koni Yellows and they are great!!!
