jdm p30 vs us p30 ecu?

jdm p30 vs us p30 ecu?
is there any difference? when i got my coupe it came with both ecu's the jdm is a small ecu. just wondering if it would be worth to swap it out or just sell the spare ecu. thanks in advance.

the JDM P30 has better timing tables, fuel curves and a slightly higher redline
other then that it has a speed govenor at roughly 120 MPH
