Go here:

http://www.modernperformance.c...shtml

Either way, I bought numerous number of bulbs in the past before getting real HID.

Hyper industries does have brighter light output...but when it comes to quality it's not as good as like PIAA and RAYBRIG. Nowadays it's cheaper to just retrofit HID for $300. If not, go with PIAA's, Philips, Raybrig and the known companies. You pretty much get what you pay for.
