Cleaning the head of all the dirty oil

how do you clean all the grease an oil in the head of teh car i have a y8 head that needs to be clean its not attached to the motor?

namptha, alchohol, paint thinner, carb cleaner, safetyclean, any "DEGREASER".

Ever heard of pep boys, check em out.

If you want to do is and it look new..

Go to a Engine specialist shop and have them ''hot tank'' it.
