Help Getting radio Error

i just replaced my valve cover and seals, then when i start my car up...i get an error on my stock 97 accord radio, erros says something like err-3???? anyone help?

Did you disconnect the battery? If you didn't then I don't think the two are related.

Look up the owner's manual and find out what that code means.

i did take out the battery...

Then you need to enter the code for the radio.
